Changed nothing, got a dud?
If your goods arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll happily replace it or give you a refund for the item. Shipping isn’t refunded because we’ll need to reship your new order.
To make it right, email info@mirandadouglas.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.
